An unidentified woman was shot in the lower thigh. According to reports, the woman told authorities that she heard two shots from a wooded area up the hill from her property on 142E-24. The woman was taken to Poplar Bluff Hospital. Her injuries are non-life-threatening. The investigation is ongoing.
