A Norfork man was arrested Thursday afternoon by the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office on multiple felony charges. Deputies report that 23-year-old Mason Hunter Chism was booked at 3:16 p.m. on October 2. Chism faces charges of felony possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with purpose to deliver, two counts of felony possession of drug paraphernalia, refusal to submit to arrest, and violation of the habitual criminal act. He was also charged with non-payment of fines. Chism’s bond was set at $52,950.
