A Pocahontas man was arrested Wednesday night by the Pocahontas Police Department on serious felony charges. According to authorities, 42-year-old Thomas Fingy was taken into custody at 9:19 p.m. on October 1. Fingy faces charges of felony sexual indecency with a child and felony sexual assault in the second degree. He is being held without bond.
