33-year-old Christian Simmons was arrested after a victim reported that she went to a residence to meet Simmons and was provided with intoxicants that may have contained something to cause her to lose consciousness. Simmons has been charged with first-degree Rape 1st and second-degree Domestic Assault. Simmons is being held in the Texas County Jail on a no-bond warrant.
