Tuesday, West Plains Police responded to a business on Davis Drive after employees reported an unknown man on the roof. Charles Head, was found sitting near the edge and claimed he didn’t know how he got there. He had reportedly caused $1,500 in property damage, including to the gutter system, siding, and a window screen. Meth was found in his wallet. He as arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Property Damage with a bond set at $5000.00.
