The trial was delayed until February 18th. Harden was set to go to trial on November 5th. Harden escaped from the North Central Unit at Calico Rock in May and was caught two weeks later within a mile of the prison. Harden was serving a sentence for murder and rape. He was transferred to Varner Supermax in Gould after he escaped.
