59-year-old Dawn Spaulding was arrested on charges of possession of meth or cocaine with the purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, furnishing prohibited articles, improper turn at an intersection, and no headlights. She was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center, and bond was set at $25,000.
