Authorities continue to search for 32-year-old Jacob Lowell Smith, who remains at large and is considered armed and dangerous in connection with a double homicide reported last Tuesday in Fulton County. Investigators say Smith is wanted in relation to the deaths of Tonya Stallings, 54, and Ashley Stallings, 33, both of Ash Flat. He is described as 6 feet 2 inches tall, with a slender build, blue eyes, and blonde hair that may have been dyed. Smith is heavily tattooed, including a distinctive bow-tie tattoo on his neck and throat area. Authorities believe he may be traveling in a stolen red 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup with Arkansas license plate BEH93R. Investigators also report that two firearms were stolen from the scene. The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office urges anyone who sees Smith or has information about his whereabouts to avoid approaching him and instead contact law enforcement immediately at 870-895-2601.
