A second arrest has been made as a result of the search warrant served at 5555 Hwy 62 East on Wednesday, October 29th, where Investigators uncovered approximately 10.8 pounds of methamphetamine and associated paraphernalia.
HANNAH BRAY, 24 years old of that residence, has now been arrested and charged along with her husband, WESLEY BRAY, who was arrested Wednesday. Additional investigation into the incident determined that HANNAH BRAY had full knowledge of the methamphetamine at the residence and of sales of the drug that had already been made from that batch.
HANNAH BRAY has been incarcerated in the Baxter County Detention Center on charges of:
Trafficking a Controlled Substance – Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Felony
She is being held in lieu of $150,000 bond and will appear before the Circuit Court to answer on November 3rd. She is also being held on a probation violation.
