Two injury accidents reported locally

Two juveniles were injured in an accident east of Caulfield on Sunday. The Highway Patrol reports that a 14-year-old boy from Pottersville and a 14-year-old boy from Caulfield both suffered minor injuries when the UTV, which a 10-year-old girl from Caulfield was driving, began sliding, ran off the road, and hit a fence, and overturned. The two boys were taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on County Road 7370, three miles east of Caulfield.

 

A man from Mammoth Spring was injured in an accident west of Ash Flat last Thursday. The ASP reports that 39-year-old Leroy Jefferson was injured when he lost control of the vehicle he was driving, ran off the road, and overturned. Jefferson was taken to White River Health in Batesville. The accident happened on Highway 56 west of Ash Flat.
