The Zizzer Boys and Girls Cross Country Teams are preparing for the State Championship meet on Friday, and on Thursday,y there will be a send-off for the teams beginning at 9 am. They begin at the West Plains High School, then stop at the Elementary School, then travel around the Court Square, then down Washington Avenue onto Broadway and then on to Porter Wagoner Boulevard. The teams are both looking for their 15th State Championship, having already won 14 each. The meet will be held at Gans Creek Cross Country Course in Columbia on Friday.
