He is being held with a $10,000.00 cash or corporate surety bond.

On 10/29/2025,Alton Police Department, arrested 37 year old Amy Cone of Alton, for failure to appear on operating a vehicle on highway without a valid license- 2nd offense, a class A Misdemeanor, failure to register a motor vehicle, a class B Misdemeanor, failure to stop for stop sign, a class C Misdemeanor, and owner operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility- 1st offense. On 10/29/2025, she was released on a $200.00 cash bond.
