55-year-old Donna Kay Shipman was arrested after a search warrant was executed at her residence. Authorities seized 26.9 grams of meth and several illegal pills. Shipman has been charged with three counts of felony delivery of meth less than 2 grams, one count of maintaining a drug premise, one count of possession of meth greater than 10 grams, and two counts of a schedule 4 controlled substance with the purpose to deliver. She was taken to Independence County jail.
