The Arkansas State Police report that 63-year-old Anthony Ruiz was killed when a vehicle driven by 63-year-old Kathy Ruiz was following him as he walked and was hit in the rear by another vehicle, causing her vehicle to hit Anthony Ruiz. Kathy Ruiz was also injured in the crash, along with a minor. They were taken to Regional One Medical Center. The accident happened on Sunday on U.S. 67 in Rural Lawrence County.
