The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Ravenden man on multiple felony charges involving drugs and firearms. 48-year-old Billy Riggs was taken into custody and booked into the Randolph County Detention Center at 7:42 p.m. on Thursday, November 6th. Riggs faces several felony charges, including: Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Schedule I or II. Riggs is currently being held without bond.
