45-year-old James Wilkerson was arrested and is charged with felony tampering with physical evidence, felony possession of drug paraphernalia in the course/furtherance of a felony drug violation, possession of a schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia-meth or cocaine, expired vehicle license, and fictitious tags. He is being held in Randolph County jail.
