The Howell County Sheriff’s Office says the search for a suspect who fled on foot near Howell Memorial Cemetery has concluded and the individual has been captured around 11 o’clock last night. The incident began after a trooper stopped a vehicle on Highway 63 near the cemetery and determined it was stolen. The driver exited the vehicle and ran west into the woods. Troopers and deputies responded immediately, establishing a perimeter with assistance from a drone and a K-9 unit.
