The Howell County Sheriff’s Department is reporting a couple of arrests. 54 year old Thomas Lysle Gunter was arrested for possession of a controlled substance His bond was set at $4,500 and 34 Bradley Matthew Culley of Springfield was arrested on Texas County charges of probation violation on a conviction of possession of a controlled substance. He is being held without bail.
