Members of the Carter County Sheriff’s Office originally arrested Kenneth Crawford for Statutory Rape 2nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a child engaging in sexual conduct under 17. After several search warrants, additional charges have been filed, including felony sexual exploitation of a minor, two counts of felony statutory sodomy, four counts of felony possession of child pornography and tampering or attempt to tamper with a victim in a felony prosecution.
