A man from Mt. Judea, Arkansas, was arrested on Wednesday afternoon in Baxter County. 33-year-old Coby Campbell was arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing governmental operations, driving on a suspended license, no insurance, and non-payment of fines. He is also on hold for other agencies. Bond on the charges was set at $6,655.
