A man was arrested last Sunday, November 30, on Drug, Alcohol, And Contributing Charges. Ty Xavier Spicer was booked into the Lawrence County Detention Center early Sunday morning. Spicer is charged with Open Container, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession Of A Controlled Substance Sch IV, Sch V, Possession Of A Controlled Substance, Providing Minors With Tobacco/Cig Papers, and Public Intoxication
