The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Eric Jackson on charges of first-degree attempted sodomy and second-degree domestic assault. Jackson is accused of hitting a woman in the face, choking her, and pulling her hair. The victim told authorities that Jackson tried to force himself onto her. Jackson is in the Douglas County Jail with a bond-reduction hearing scheduled for Friday, Dec. 12.
