The Thayer Bobcats will advance to the Championship round of the Lyon College Tournament in Batesville after a 40-38 win last night over the Southside Batesville Southerners. After the game, the Redbone was able to get a word from Bobcats Head Coach Matt Pitts. Coach talked about his thoughts on this game and how it was compared to the season opener against Mansfield.
The Bobcats will play Mountain View, AR on Saturday for the championship of the Lyon College Tournament at 7 o’clock.
The West Plains Lady Zizzers picked up a win Thursday night over Springfield Glendale, 58 to 33. Ainsley McWilliams and Jillian Green both had 13 points in the win. The Lady Zizzers are now 4 and 2 on the season.
