According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Kenneth Harmon, 57 of Franklin, was arrested December 11th for no driver’s license, no liability insurance, failure to register a vehicle, DWI, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jimmy Griggs, 68 of Salem, was arrested on December 11th on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for petition to revoke probation.
Danielle Griggs, 42 of Salem, was arrested on December 11th on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for petition to revoke probation.
Desmond Nieto, 46 of Batesville, was arrested on December 11th for driving on a suspended driver’s license and no proof of insurance.
