The West Plains Lady Zizzers made the long trip to Quincy, Illinois, on Saturday afternoon to take on the Quincy Notre Dame Lady Raiders in the 18th Annual Rumble On The River Shootout at John Wood Community College. The Lady Zizzers won the game 55 to 49. Gillian Green had 19 points and 10 rebounds, and Ainsley McWilliams scored 15. Green was named the game’s MVP for her performance Lady Zizzers are now 6 and 2 on the season and will travel to Mountain Home Monday night to play the Lady Bombers.
West Plains Lady Zizzers at Mountain Home with Varsity girls at 6 pm, and the Varsity Zizzer boys will play Mountain Home at 7:30 pm. Both games will be on “The Train.”
