67-year-old Robert Grice was arrested after Pocahontas Police were called to a residence on Redbud Street. When they arrived, they found an individual with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound in his leg. Grice was arrested and charged with felony first-degree battery. He is being held in the Randolph County jail.
