SIKESTON – Route 142 in Oregon County will be closed as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform a bridge inspection.
This section of roadway is located from Route UU to Route Y over Eleven Point River.
Weather permitting, work will take place Tuesday, Jan. 6 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
