The Arkansas State Police reports that 66-year-old Robert Kincaid was killed when he crossed the center of the roadway and hit a Semi-truck driven by a man from Georgia. The driver of the semi, 56-year-old Glenn Slater, was injured and taken to a local hospital. The accident happened on U.S. Highway 65 near the intersection of Prospect Avenue in Harrison.
