The Highway Patrol reports that a 24-year-old suffered serious injuries and a 1-year-old boy suffered minor injuries. When the man hit a deer in the roadway, he then left the road and struck an embankment. Both the injured were from Fulton, Missouri. The accident happened on U.S. 63, three miles south of Licking.
