An Ozark County man was arrested Tuesday following a high-speed pursuit and disturbance in Theodosia. According to the Ozark County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrested Ronnie Landsdown on January 13 after he allegedly followed a woman for several miles at speeds reaching 100 miles per hour and later confronted her outside a restaurant in Theodosia. Deputies were dispatched around 9:07 a.m. after receiving a report of a man yelling at a woman in a parking lot. Investigators say Landsdown believed the woman had thrown an object from her vehicle, damaging his windshield, and then pursued her through multiple highways before confronting her at the restaurant, where a verbal altercation involving several people occurred. After interviewing the woman, witnesses, and reviewing evidence, deputies determined Landsdown was the primary aggressor. Landsdown was charged with Harassment in the First Degree and Careless and Imprudent Driving. He was taken into custody at the scene and transported to the Ozark County Jail.
