A new deputy has officially joined the Howell County Sheriff’s Office. On Tuesday morning, January 13, Deputy Jerry Mingus was sworn in with the Howell County Sheriff’s Office during a ceremony administered by Stephen Privette. Deputy Mingus previously served with the West Plains Police Department before joining the sheriff’s office.
