Yesterday, ECNN’s Rick Harris spoke with West Plains Elementary Principal Mrs. Virginia Uphaus and Assistant Principal Mrs. Sarah Land. Mrs. Uphaus and Mrs. Land had a lot to cover with Rick since Mrs. Land will assume Mrs. Uphaus’s role as Principal of West Plains Elementary School next school year. Although Mrs. Uphaus is stepping down as Principal; she is not leaving the school district; she is just accepting a new role. Mrs. Uphaus explains.
