The 38th annual West Plains Cystic Fibrosis Concert has been set for Saturday, March 21st at 7 pm at the West Plains Civic Center, and on Tuesday, Rick Frazier was on K-Kountry to announce this year’s artist.
Tickets are $35 for adults and $5 for kids 12 and under.
