
The warrant was served at Charles Deloss Sanders’ residence on County Road 356 near Dora. This is the 5th narcotics search of Sanders’ residence by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, where illegal narcotics were seized. Douglas County Deputies seized methamphetamine, methamphetamine paraphernalia, along with 70 unused small baggies used to divide methamphetamine. Arrested at the time the search warrant was served were 68-year-old Charles Deloss Sanders, of Dora, and 60-year-old Elvin Smith, of Dora. A warrant was issued for Charles Deloss Sanders for Delivery of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Sanders was on probation at the time of is arrest and is being held WITHOUT bond. A warrant was issued for Elvin Smith for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine. A bond was set at $1500 cash only.
