A Mountain Home man was taken into custody Thursday morning on multiple drug-related charges. According to booking records, 49-year-old Phillip Ray Wilcoxon, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, was arrested by the Mountain Home Police Department at approximately 10:41 a.m. on January 29. Wilcoxon is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Schedule VI), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Probation Violation. He is currently being held on a $1,180 bond.
