49-year-old Samuel Vidaurri is charged with felony third-degree domestic assault and misdemeanor charges of endangering the welfare of a child and property damage. During the incident, Vidaurri allegedly broke multiple items, including a woman’s phone and a taillight on her car. Vidaurri was taken to the Texas County Jail. Cash-only bond in the case is set at $5,000.
