A Midway Arkansas man has been arrested on burglary charges. The Baxter County sheriff’s Office reports that 41 year old Kevin Earl Grunwald was arrested and charged with felony breaking or entering and felony theft of property. He is being held on $7,500 bond and will be in court January 10th
