The Howell County Sheriff’s Department reports several arrests. 39 year old Justin Jerome Bond of West Plains was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender, his bond was set at $50,000. 46 year old Paul Franklin Hankey of Mountain View was arrested for first degree property damage, he was released on a summons. 25 year old Tommy Scott Roberts of Willow Springs was arrested for probation violation on a conviction of stealing a motor vehicle. He was released on $4,500. Aaron Keith Dunn of Caulfield was arrested for failure to appear on a charge of resisting arrest or interfering with an arrest and on a Oregon County Charge of resisting or interfering with an arrest and possession of controlled substance. His bail was set at $9,000.
