Zachary Hankins has been charged with first-degree stalking and third-degree assault. An employee spoke to the officer on the scene, who played security footage showing the incident. The video also showed Hankins shoving the victim into a stack of TVs and to the ground. Hankins allegedly struck the victim around 14 times with a closed fist on his head and neck. The video showed Hankins slamming the victim down again, and kicking and stomping near the victim’s chest, rib, and head area around six times. The victim declined medical attention. Hankins is in the Wright County Jail with a $25,000 bond.
