Raquel Lopez Cockrum allegedly dragged a woman from a truck by her hair, hit her with her fist, a cellphone, and a shoe. Cockrum allegedly admitted to the assault and showed deputies video of the attack. She was taken to the Howell County Jail with a bond set at $5,000.
