42-year-old Chaun Asbury and 45-year-old Tamala Asbury face five counts of child abuse each. Both are held in the Texas County Jail on $100,000 cash-only bonds.  The Texas County Special Response Team served the warrant on Tuesday as part of a missing person investigation.  Deputies found a juvenile locked in a shed with no utilities and bound to a bed. Investigators say the juvenile was severely malnourished and required urgent medical care. All three juveniles were taken into protective custody.  During the search, deputies say they determined the residence had no utilities or sewer. Investigators also found evidence of physical abuse and unnecessary physical restraint of the children. As the search progressed, deputies located skeletal remains in a shallow grave on the property. The remains require further forensic analysis for positive identification and to determine the cause of death. The findings are consistent with a missing person, Ceasar Asbury, who had previously been reported as a possible runaway by the suspects.
