Strong storms moved across northern Arkansas and Southern Missouri Sunday afternoon, with strong winds causing thousands of power outages, and several trees were reported down. There was a report that a mobile home was damaged near Alicia in Lawrence County. Several other small buildings were reported damaged across the area. Baxter County had reports of wind gusts over 75 MPH. More than 7,500 customers of North Arkansas Electric Cooperative reported power outages on Sunday in Baxter County. There were also reports of outages in Fulton, Izard, and Sharp Counties.
