A man from West Plains has been arrested for allegedly cutting two women with a knife. 45-year-old William Tolley is charged with first-degree assault, two counts of armed criminal action, second-degree domestic assault, and unlawful use of a weapon. The incident happened on Sunday at a residence on State Route AP.  Two women showed law enforcement cuts on their hands, and then showed them two kitchen knives that had been used during the incident. Law enforcement later spoke to Tolley, who told them that he knocked on the victim’s door looking for the witness and that the victim pulled a knife on him. He claimed that he took the knife away from the victim, and he threw it across the room, with the witness coming inside, beginning to argue. When asked about the cuts on the woman’s hands, Tolley reportedly was unable to describe the injuries. Tolley is being held in Howell County Jail with a bond set at $75,000
