24-year-old Wyatt Logan Means was arrested on charges of second-degree criminal mischief-damage of $5,000 or more, leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage, DWI, careless and prohibited driving, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was taken to the Izard County Jail, and bond was set at $5,000
