Tuesday is Election Day in Missouri, and today we look at the contested races and issues on the ballot in Oregon County.

Countywide Sales tax issue for Marijuana of 3 percent

Capital Improvement tax for roads and bridges for one-half of 1 percent

Question 1 is a 3 percent tax on marijuana

Question 2 is a 5 percent tax on lodging

Prop Blue Jay, authorizing the school to borrow $650,000 to repair or replace HVAC, asphalt parking lot maintenance, and other repairs. If approved, the debt service levy will remain unchanged at 0.8000 per 100 dollars assessed valuation.
