A Mountain Home man who was arrested two years ago for setting himself on fire has been arrested again. 56-year-old William Loyd Herren allegedly threatened to kill an employee at the Mountain Home Wal-Mart this time. He faces charges of felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He is being held on a $10,000 bond.
