Earlier this week, Independence County Authorities arrested a man after they found drugs in the vehicle he was traveling in. 41 year old Billy Kirker was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance meth, with the purpose to deliver, possession of a controlled substance marijuana, with the purpose to deliver, use or possession of drug paraphernalia with the purpose to manufacture meth and use or possession of drug paraphernalia intended for the use of meth. Kirker is being held in Independence County jail.
