The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of two Rolla Residents early this morning in Douglas County. 36 year old Brandi Brock and 44 year James Whittaker were both arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were taken to the Douglas County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
