Charles Bergman was located and refused to provide personal identification to deputies at the time of the incident, while they attempted to determine whether he was involved. He was detained as they continued to investigate the crime scene. Unfortunately for Charles, deputies discovered his true identity and learned he had two active felony warrants for his arrest. One from Arkansas and one from Illinois. He was arrested and booked into jail for his warrants. It was later determined that he was not involved in the attempted theft.
