45-year-old Remmel Yancy of Oakland, Arkansas, and 57-year-old Kimberly Poe of Gassville were both arrested for possession of a schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance, meth or cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Poe is also charged with unsafe vehicle. Both are being held in the Baxter County Detention Center with a bond set at $5,000 each.
